Standard SLA is within 2 hours during business hours (9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday) and within 4 hours outside business hours. For clients who need 24/7 coverage, such as hospitality and e-commerce brands, we offer extended coverage agreements.
We have a defined escalation protocol for every client. Minor negative comments are handled directly in your brand voice. Anything that could affect reputation is flagged to your team immediately with a recommended response. We don't delete legitimate criticism. We manage it transparently and professionally.
