No. BUSINESS SME runs on reimbursement. You pay SHINE in full as the project is delivered. After completion, you submit invoices and deliverables to the Ministry, and the State pays up to 70% back to you. Plan your cash flow accordingly. We map this out together at the quote stage.
Rare when the quote is structured correctly. We design every quote around the rules from day one: website at least 70% of the project, visuals and campaigns capped at 15% each, no excluded items. If the House of Entrepreneurship asks for revisions, we handle them with you until the quote passes.
Pre-analysis at the House of Entrepreneurship typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. The full Ministerial decision usually lands within 4 to 6 weeks of quote submission. Once approved, the build depends on the scope, typically 4 to 12 weeks. Reimbursement comes after you submit your final invoices and deliverables.
No. The programme funds project-based work with clear deliverables: websites, SEO reports, analytics, capped visuals, one-off campaign setup. Ongoing social media management, recurring monthly engagements and email automation are not eligible. We can scope those separately if you need them, outside the BUSINESS SME quote.
